To fortify the professionalism model developed by the founders through a cyclist support system in a stable and ongoing club, and to guide the cyclists, the club and the entire cycling field to the next level and to professional sports.

Children and youth
To advance and strengthen children and youth from all echelons of the population. To continue absorbing and promoting idle youths and creating cycles of success in the field of cycling and competitive sport based on sportsmanship and the club.
Establishing and fortifying a branch of the club which focuses on and supports elite youth cyclists in their competitions and training in Europe until the 2012 Olympic Games.

Towards professionalism
City Cycling Elite Team will operate as a semi professional group, will compete in Israel and abroad on the highest level in the mountain biking and road cycling fields, and will constitute the spring board to professional European teams for cyclists under the age of 23 and elite cyclists.
